“so i was using this for a pc streaming setup but the hdmi located at the top back of the tower doesnt seem to be hdmi out could some one tell me if it is or isnt”

Thank you for reaching out to us. The HDMI port located on the motherboard will not work as the AMD Ryzen 3 2300X processor does not include on-board graphics. Please make sure you are using the ports on the graphics card located below the pink, green, and blue audio ports for your displays.
