“How well would this computer run Rust and Escape From Tarkov? I am looking for a PC to be able to run those games and I would like to know if I need to get any attachments (graphics card, Ram, etc.) It would be nice if I could get a response soon.”

However, the amount of FPS you receive in-game will vary depending on the resolution and refresh rate of your display, in-game graphics settings, as well as your network connection.
