“The PC starts but it doesn’t fully start because the light inside the pc that changes color keeps flickering and it won’t fully start at all. The fans on the bottom try to spin but don’t. I just bought it could someone help me please”

Mine at least got the lights and fans going...........but that's it.........no boot to Windows or Bios of any kind. I get the feeling these machines haven't been put together properly when they have been shipped and staff onsite don't realize.
