Thanks for reaching out Shell. Please make sure your 2nd monitor is also connected to your video card. From there, you would need to check your Display Settings and make sure that you are able to detect your 2nd monitor and extend the displays. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to make sure you set up a second monitor. Right click on the home screen and go to display settings and activate an extended or duplicate screen. You might also have to have both monitors hooked to the same type of connection, like DP and DP instead of HDMI and DP.
