“Can I place a 240mm radiator for a liquid cooler on the front of the case on the inside? Is there any place where I can mount fans on the front? Also, what case is this?”

1. It comes with 240mm fans in the side. The front is solid glass. You could replace the side mounted fans with your 240mm water cooler. 2. No. Solid glass front. 3. They have it built custom. I quite like the design.

You should be able to mount the 240mm liquid cooler in the front although this case a bit different as the front fans are mounted on the side panel. The cause included with this system is a OEM custom case.
