It’s CyberPower, its completely normal for them to sell defective junk. After 2 Power Supply failures, losing BT capabilities and having to send mine off for 2 weeks to a repair center, I will never be buying from this brand again. All those issues and i havent even owned this PC 3 months. Return it if you still have the opportunity
