“Today some how my Bluetooth drivers got deleted after a update went back to previous update an still no luck went to device manager and the drivers was gone so I was wondering if there’s a way I can get the drivers back to use my wireless XBOX controller”

Thanks for reaching out kynngsummz. Most likely, your WiFi network card has built in Bluetooth. You will need to look for the model of your network card and find the drivers accordingly.
