QuestionI have had this refrigerator about 2 years and now the refrigerator door is super slow to close. I actually have to push it to close or it goes so slow that it will stay open about 1/4 of the way. Is there a way to fix this?

QuestionCan you fully access the freezer and remove freezer drawers if the freezer door can only open 90 degrees? It would be installed near a corner that limits how wide you can open the freezer door.

- Answer I had previously a paneled refrigerator before I bought this one. I had hope the same you thought. I had to trash the beautiful caver matching panels. The frig wasn’t designed for the panels. Just the way it was designed. I love the new frig , I got over the panel issue.

QuestionI ordered this but haven’t had it installed yet. I’ve been measuring and re-measuring the space where my existing fridge is. My space is maximum 83.5 inches tall. Do I need open space above the refrigerator for this to work?

- Answer You don't need open space above the refrigerator. We had our cabinets built to the refrigerator install specs (84"). I didn't do the install but you'll want a little space for adjustments of the legs to make perfectly level and for door alignment. If you squeeze in a 83.5" appliance into a 83.5” space there is no adjustment room.

QuestionDoes the outlet require relocation to the top right corner if it is currently in the middle of the cutout? How long is the electrical cord? Some are saying relocation is required, and some say the cord is 8ft and the outlet in the middle is just fine.

- Answer We had the same issue immediately following installation. Because we were using a reverse osmosis filtration in line with the refrigerator our installer suggested that we likely needed a pump to get the pressure needed to deliver the water. After he left, I remembered that there is a small valve located at the base of the unit. I removed the cover, turned the valve and we instantly had water! Both the ice maker and water system have worked flawlessly since.
