• Danby recommends selecting a location with reasonable year round temperatures. It should be noted that this refrigerator is intended for indoor residential use and exposure to extreme temperatures may damage the appliance and void the warranty.

• I have owned this model for 10 years and live in Phoenix. I have it built into a bbq island, however, this refrigerator gets 8-10 hours of direct sun every day and temperatures over 115 in the summer. It has been running strong (24 hours a day) and the only reason I came across this site was because we would like to replace the plastic handle that has cracked due to the elements.

• I would think it would do just fine. I wouldn't expect it to keep anything from freezing in below freezing temps though.

• Yes, I'm have mine in the garage and it's working great even with the temperature is change
