“mine has no subwoofer output anymore. The center speakers work, but when the AV reciever does a test tone, nothing. The red light is on. Mine is an older model, probably the one before this model.”

Hello, if the system settings have not been changed and the sub output just stopped working, I would encourage you to please call our customer service for further assistance. The typical culprit is speakers have been set to large and bass output is on LFE only. In this case set the Bass output to LFE plus main.
