I have 2 9040ST's, the A90 height speakers, 2 9040BP surround speakers along with the 9040HD center channel. I can honestly say that the center channel is amazing - not just for home theater but all listening experiences. If I had to choose only 1 speaker to add to the mix in the whole setup, it would be the center channel. I highly recommend it. It really enhances any dialog in TV or movies and adds an interesting spaciousness to music (certainly depending on how you are processing the signal).

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have two 9020 towers with the 9040 center channel and six 9040BP surround speakers, 5.2.4. It is powered by a Denon 6400 11.1. The sound quality is incredible! The center channel produces very clear dialog, even at low volumes. I would highly recommend these speakers!
