Sounds like you have old devices that have advanced since you bought them. USBs have changed and are faster. If you google this problem I'm sure it will pull up connectors that will fit. I'd look in the Specs and see if your device was compatible with this device as that's why you would look at the specifications. It will list which devices are compatible and will fit.
