A:AnswerWell, mine could've been H/W, don't know. Wld hv 2 send 2 Manufacturer, yet it's too l8 now. Don't hv Samsung unit,(hv phone..). Unit didn't like 'my' "Windows 11" which it should've...on HP. My (old) Samsung Unit, Sam. Ph. & Acer 'see it' - but that's it. Operator Error?? H/W? But if both? Don't know. Just know it's a GOOD brand.
