- Answer Yes, the computer came with Windows 10 installed. I was able to active the Windows 10 using the decal on the side of the machine.

- Answer No wifi included. Just purchase a "USB wifi adapter" BB has expensive ones at $40, but the reality is you can purchase one for $10. They work fine as I use them
