“Can you even connect a mouse and keyboard if it only has 2 Hdmi inputs and oxcord input with one more But no USB to plug in the mouse and keyboard or do you need a wireless keyboard and mouse.. please answer this question I'm confused”

This is just a monitor. Typically you just plug your mouse and keyboard up to the computer (tower or laptop) then just the display just shows up on this screen. Think of it as a small tv that you need a source to connect to it.
