“In the specifications, it states that it is 76hz. I own the monitor and have never been able to figure out how to set it to that resolution. I have also gone to the DELL website and have found nothing about the monitor. How do you set it to 76hz?”

if im not mistaken, 76hz is the refresh rate, not the resolution. And you cant change the refresh rate. It is what it is, unless you purchase a different model with higher refresh rate.
