No there isn't a 3.5mm output jack. However I use my desktops 3.5mm output jack for Logitech Z-4 series 2.1 multimedia speakers. I also use the monitors HDMI input to my desktop. RGB input will work too. That setup will get you all the audio you will need and better HD video too. Much better than 2-5watt monitor speakers or SD video. Nice monitor!!
