Brand new for August 2020. I have had used a few Dell monitors, and the number seems to break down to two digits for the screen size, and two digits for the year released (but like cars, the 2021 model year is out in 2020). So this is a 27 inch screen that is part of the 2021 lineup (really, August 2020).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.2020, but it is a "2021" model. Apparently Dell does the thing that car manufacturers do where they use the following year for the model year. The 3rd and 4th numbers in the model string denote the model year - 21 in this case. Dell's monitor naming convention is described here: https://www.dell.com/support/article/en-us/sln317180/identifying-dell-monitor-types-by-their-model-number?lang=en
