“I have the exact same monitor and it runs 165 hertz, but when I play on my ps5 it only shows 60 hertz. How can I change the hertz without using a pc and only the monitor.”

• If using hdmi cable it is locked at 60hz must use a DisplayPort cable

• You would need to go through the settings on your PS5, select "screen & video", then select your desired hertz.
