• This would be changes in your monitor setting on your computer. Sometimes these can not be changed due to certain screen sizes requiring certain hz. I do know if your screen is hooked up with a DisplayPort cable you should have the option for this somewhere in your screen settings, you might need to dig little deeper into monitor setting like advanced settings but the DisplayPort cable will allow you to change it. If it’s a hdmi cable I believe that is locked at 60hz
