When mines decides to work it does froth it rather than heat it up. I am actually having trouble even getting it started, I turn the espresso and steamer button on and it takes forever for it to start blinking. When it finally starts blinking it doesn't stay on for long. I try to froth it and no luck, it just doesn't do anything.
