How much espresso does this unit make in a serving null

When using the two-scoop basin for the portafilter, the most I can get is 3 usable shots of espresso. Any more than that and they get watered down and the machine has to get more water from the reservoir anyways.

Hello, There isn't a certain amount used in a serving. When the desired amount of espresso has been delivered, press the same button you will used to start the brew to end the delivery.
