“How long is the boiler outlet supposed to stay hot after use? I’ve removed excess steam build up. And if the machine is plugged in and not being used, the boiler outlet is still warm. Is this normal?”

Hi Tara, Thank you for the question. Yes, this is normal. On average, it can take about 45 minutes to an hour for the boiler to cool down completely; any time before that and the boiler will still be warm to the touch. Thank you.
