They are designed for a standard North American 110V–120V outlet. If you need a machine for a country that uses 220V–240V power (like those in Europe, Asia, or South America), De'Longhi manufactures specific "export" versions of their combination machines. You will want to look for the BCO series with specific model numbers: BCO431.S BCO421.S BCO420.1 BCO410
