• Yes, there’s a hot water spout that comes with it you can plug in place of the frother

• Yes, you can make tea also. Where the milk dispenser goes they have a spout when removed to make the hot water for tea.

• Yes. It has an interchangeable hot water spout, that you will swap out with the milk carafe. Basically you will take the milk carafe off and attach the hot water spout, then it will do hot water
