“Is it normal for the drip tray to be full after 3 days only making 2 drinks a day? I always keep a container to collect the heating and cleaning/flushing water, so it is not from this. Am I doing something wrong?”

Hello , Thank you for your question. It is normal when the pressure releases from the unit for there to be excess water in the drip tray.
