Hello Sandi. The AVR-S570BT will support a connection from a Firestick, Roku and DVD player. We recommend you connect these devices with a high quality HDMI cable. We use Audioquest because their HDMI cables have yet to let us down. Soundbars are not designed to connect to an AV receiver. They are designed to connect directly to a TV because Soundbars typically have their own amplifier already built-in.
