Yes, it can process all 11 channels, in fact this is the first reciever to have Pre-Amp mode where it completely disconects the internal av amp and only works as a separate processor giving you more detail and clarity using external amps, juts know pre-amp mode only works when only using external amps and not the internal av amp, if you use the internal amp for some speakers and external amp for other speakers pre amp mode does not work. Pre amp mode only works with all external amps on all channels, but this is a amazing thing that Denon did breaking the mold and making it the first AV receiver that also works as a separate processor and the most affordable processor at the same time.
