Yes, I would think so. Works like great with my Galaxy Note 10.1, So consider that the only difference between the Tab 3 and the Note 10.1 is the pen which comes with the Note vs. no pen with the Tab. Thus, as long as you have the 30-pin connector on the bottom edge of the tablet, I'm sure you'll be fine.
