i tried to claim but syays its expired yet i see no expiration date anywhere. that is not right, how can i get this redeemed? null

Try ending the geforce experience application in the task manager and reopening the application. Next you should try updating geforce experience. It should let you redeem the game then. Even after I did both of those things it took a few attempts.

What card did you buy? That's weird, I would contact GeForce or Blizzard, send them proof of purchase and see if they can help you. Honestly you aren't missing much with the game itself, got pretty boring.
