yes, you will need one, go to the ffa page, and get the 5 dollar one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. For private use you need to go to HTTPS://faadronezone.faa.gov and register under the section 336 its only $5. For commercial use as you describe with ANY drone you need a part 107 License. It's a written test.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No,but it needs to be registered, and you will need a Faa part 107 compliance license for commercial use
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. From the research I have done, you shouldn't need a license for recreational flying, but do for commercial including real estate and wedding use.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No To fly recreational you need to go too the FAA.gov site register $5.00 and put that number on a sticker and apply it to the inside of the battery compartment. You are supposed to notify any airport when flying within 5 miles, stay under 400 feet and with in line of sight, it’s all on their site, If you plan on flying for commercial reasons... to sell pictures or anything else ... even if you don’t make money but it is for a buisiness You must get a UAV CERTIFICATION PART 107
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You do not need a Part 107 license to fly your drone unless you are going to make money doing it. Which it sounds like that is your goal. If you intend to make money videotaping real estate, weddings, events and so and so on then you HAVE to obtain the FAA Part 107 sUAS Drone Pilot Certification. The fines imposed by the FAA are steep and they will eventually find out. Fines are also per flight. Hope that helps.
