You can own and fly the Mavic 4 Pro and Mini 5 Pro in the US and many US retailers are selling them and shipping them within the USA. However, new DJI drones going forward will most likely be a problem. You won’t be able to get DJI Care, but many of the retailers selling them are offering warranties.
