• Yes, it will work with any smartphone. You have to download the ap. To get a bag you have to buy the fly more package.

• I believe it does work w/ any phone. I would not be sure about older phones though. You can buy it separately e/ out a bag. Or you could buy the kit which I believe comes w/ a bag .
