Dear customer, may we know if you mean using iPhone 12 with a phone shell? If yes, please note that due to the different thicknesses and modeling of the mobile phone case, after the installation of the mobile phone, the performance of the gimbal may be affected. You are advised to take off the shell while using it. Thank you.
