The battery is rechargable and not replaceable. There are attachments that extend the battery life. I have been getting about 2 or 3 hours before needing to charge. But its nice that it uses the same USB-C as my phone so i can charge it anywhere quickly if needed!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The battery is built in but I have the original Osmo Pocket also from several years ago and that battery still fully charges to this day. If you have the combo it has an extra battery that attaches to your camera also. The firmware is upgradeable when you pair it with the DJI Mimo App on your computer, phone, iPad. It already has had a few significant upgrades!
