• No Best Buy does not offer a protection plan for it as it does for most other products.

• Yes, there is such a warranty. Go directly to the company site, dji.com and see the details there. Personally, I did not purchase it but it is there for you to see. I would also like to add that I purchased the Best Buy "DJI Spark Fly More Combo" for the online purchase the very first day it was offered, about 6 weeks ago and it is on the way and I should have it on Aug 1, tomorrow. Evidently many people have pre-ordered these and it is taking a while for all of them to be delivered. Hopefully, delivery will be getting better now that they are actually out!
