• It might, just contact DJI customer service and they will let you know. I'm running 8.0.1 and it works great. Good luck.

• yes and no, once you get the aircraft and remote updated, you won't have a problem. until you get the them updated it's hit or miss. you can update the aircraft with a PC but remote i had to use an apple product.
