Use yours than it asks you if you want to send it as a gift than you can send it to her email

You can use yours, then print it or you can send it to her email once you’ve received it.

That would work. The card comes as a link in your email that displays a code for you to put into the Door Dash app. You can simply print that code and give it as a Christmas gift.
