• The pigtail is on the bottom. Our old oven had it at the top so we had to hire an electrician to move the access down.

• Anywhere from the middle of the space to the bottom. The cord is fairly long

• We just had a combination oven and microwave installed at our house. It is an LG brand, and I looked online for the particular model in their website, and it provided me a mounting location for the incoming electrical box location. I hope this helps.
