• It is a cool touch and if you tilt it , it will go off and stay off until you restart it and if anyone touch it, it will automatic turn off. It is very safe.

• It is NOT cool to touch!!! It does not emit an orange glow as in the pictures but blows very hot air. It heats up very nicely. It can probably cause a burn if you touch it!!!
