This extension is compatible with vent hoods that attach to a wall and has only three sides; Cafe wall vent hoods need to attach to a wall for installation, so this unit does require that as well. We apologize for any inconvenience, but if you purchase a vent hood that is compatible with your location it may come with adequate duct cover already.
