• Not sure about your question details. I'm assuming that you want to recharge your device through your desktop. Simply take the usb cable, plug the microusb connector into your Dynex and then plug the usb end into an open usb port on your HP and it will charge.

• It can connect to any USB port. Might be in the back of the computer.

• Part number you gave is for a battery for your laptop, not your PC itself. Should just plug into any USB port to charge.

• Your desktop computer should have multiple USB ports that you can connect to. Unfortunately I was unable to locate any information on that model of HP computer, though HP should be able to assist you in locating your USB ports.
