Drain the battery fully use all of the battery before you try to recharge it or it will not take a full charge.

Please try again later.if you can get any power out of it drain it all the way and either way no juice?plug it in and leave it alone for 24 hours.the first charge is important and if you dont let batteries fully charge they can develope a "false memory and wont hold as much power unless completely drained.read the instructions and make sure You followed them and exactly what the blue light means to that model.on some items it means needs charge others charging and also on some fully charged.also if it has a button that needs to be pressed to start the charge to your phone.
