• Only in a hot car from what I've noticed. I charged mine to full and didn't use it for weeks. When I finally needed to use it, I found it was at a full charge.

• Most of the charger packs will discharge (some taking a few days to a month or more) over time. However the mAh 2000 seems to do start within 2 or 3 days.
