Doesn't seem to be working? I've been using this power pack off and on for a few days now, and it doesn't seem to be working. I've cycled the battery 2 or 3 times now, but the biggest charge I've gotten out of it was 2% on my phone battery. How long does the power pack need to be charged? How many cycles before it should work properly? Might I have a defective model?

Maybe. I was able to use mine fresh out of the package. Did what I needed it to do and then charged it - let it go for a while to fully charge. Haven't had any problems. You might need to follow up.

Even though it is charged when you get it, I had one that was not fully charged. I let it charge over night and did not have any problems. Look at as a way to extend your time on your phone. 2000mAH is not a lot when you consider how much power your phone is using.

You have a defective unit or defective cable. Try a different cable. If that's no good contact best buy

Sounds like you received a defective unit. It should be up and running, ready to charge your cell phone after it's been charged just once. I do believe dynex has a 1 year manufacturers warranty, so you should be able to bring it into Best Buy and exchange it for another one.

You might have a defective model because it charge completely in about an hour and it could charge your phone completely from low battery to fully charge!!

Might was good right out the box. Bought a few of these for gifts for xmas. None having that issue. Take it back

While the Dynex battery is charging, you will see a red light. Continue to let it charge until it shows a blue light. You should also check the capacity of the battery you are trying to charge to get a good idea of how much charge to expect out of the battery. This Dynex battery has a capacity of 2000 mAh.
