“Do these have a clear sleeve for adding a title sheet?”

• These did have a clear "sleeve" going across the front & back. You would open it flat to slide an insert between the case & the sleeve. We have transitioned 90% of our movies from regular cases to these slim cases and saved a ton of shelf space. You will need to trim the edge(s) of the insert if you're transferring it from a regular case to these slim cases.

• Like other cases, there is an outer clear sleeve under which you can insert artwork, labels, etc. Note that since the case is much thinner than the normal case, the insert needs to have a shorter length to fit.
