THe device does not work as discribed; has there been any changes that I should know? I folowed the instructions to the letter and can not get the dual pane window to appear. The only window that appears is for the local computer, nothing shows for the remote computer.

I haven't had any problem using the USB 2.0 A/B

Does your current video card support dual monitors? If not, you may need to pick up a second card and install it.

The product works for me because I have followed the set-up installation and have not run into problems.
