• Yes, the coax maybe connected before connecting to the tv. Yes, the installer needs nibble fingers (or get a child / teenager to assist you). Before you connect the device, assure the centre wire is straight - not bendt. Ask for customer service when using the toll free telephone number They are able to find available parts nationwide
