Has anyone had problems with the initial charge? I have tried charging this device on two separate computers and with a universal plug in the wall. It has not charged at all and the red light stays steady but has yet to change to blue after an OVERNIGHT charge. Did anyone else have this problem?

My 2 chargers have never gone to a blue light, but it does charge both my cell phone and i pad. Try charger with no lights on.

I first purchase 2. Mine charged but my husband's didn't. I know my cord was good so I tried it on his and it worked so I returned his and got another one which works this time.

Be sure to try charging in different outlets to see if you get different outcomes. It should only take a few hours to charge. If it continues to have issues I would recommend taking the product and receipt into Best Buy to the Geek Squad counter for warranty evaluation.
