“My remote does not work , how do I operate the heater manually”

• After turning it on, hold down the power button. By doing that i was able to raise the temperature. To lower the temperature I shut off the machine and turned it back on. I repeated the same step. Held the button and it automatically switched to lowering the temperature. Hope this helps.
